Create a coaching culture across the Trust. As part of The Potteries education trust strategy they reached out for support to create a Coaching Culture. There were a series of events which delivered ‘Coaching Conversations’ across all their academies and college.
2 day Coaching Conversations Course which was a 2 day development programme designed to give practical tools and knowledge to frame a highly effective personal development session with the great outcomes.
I can finally do my role with impact thanks to the new skills and easy to implement framework I have gained from coaching conversations.

1 Day Personal Development Day and Senior Leadership Coaching Programme.
Operations Management and Team had been through a highly sensitive 18 months managing COVID and Vaccination Clinics. They had a desire to understand a new way of working, engaging, and growing their people plan with personal development at the centre.
In consultation, with the Operations team we designed a one day Personal Development Day [PDD] followed by high performance coaching sessions for each manager. The PDD included a series of exercises, tools, and engagement. The choice and design of exercises was driven by the competencies to be developed by the managers and their team. The combination of approaches used meant that each participant had identical opportunities for insight and learning about themselves and their colleagues.
The follow up high performance coaching sessions were consultant-led and outcome based looking at high performance habits and leadership skills.
I worked with a group of 12 high potential managers and their teams. The main objective was to support the participants to create their own development plans. Key areas included building self-awareness, choosing development priorities, and increasing their leadership skills.
The project, which was professionally designed and delivered, ensured that each participant benefitted from opportunities for personal insight and learning. We learned so much about each other and came away with new ideas for working better together.

We know how to remove barriers to enable us to deliver our strategic plan. We have new tools, skills and concepts which cover all areas of our leadership role.

Create and embed a coaching culture across the Trust.
Talentum Trust has 11 schools and the CEO was keen to bring in Coaching to the Senior Leadership team as part of the Strategic plan. I was asked to support the plan because of the experience in working with previous schools and the knowledge from the corporate world.
1 Day Personal Development Day to allow 11 Senior Leaders and their CEO, to get to know each other and for everyone to understand their leadership styles and behaviours. The day had a series of activities which brought the team closer as they worked together to debate scenarios and propose solutions. Followed by senior leader high performance coaching.
I got a lot out of the day as it gave me an insight of my values and personal development strengths. I also got to know more about my colleagues than before. This will help me to work effectively with impact and influence moving forward.
